SHIPPING POLICY
We have carefully selected several dessert items that may be mailed within the continental United States via USPS PRIORITY MAIL.
We do NOT ship to International, PO Box or Military Addresses at this time.
We take great care in the packaging of our products to ensure that quality and freshness is maintained. All shippable desserts and gift items are hand packaged and are sent via USPS. Once the carrier picks up the package, it typically takes 2-4 business days to receive your order depending on location.
An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your packages have shipped.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we would greatly appreciate it if you would notify the recipient in advance to expect delivery of a perishable item,
Unless otherwise requested, packages will be left at their destination whether or not someone is available to receive the package. Janjou Pâtisserie will not be held responsible for items left unattended, stolen, or damaged - particularly in warm or inclement weather.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Any and all of our desserts & pastry items may be delivered within the Boise area only. . A 48 hours pre order is required for all deliveries. No deliveries on the weekend.

AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our online availability up to date.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by email. Your order will not ship until we hear back from you.
In select cases, Janjou Pâtisserie reserves the right to make substitutions with products of equal or greater value in order to meet your ship date requirements.
SALES TAX
Local and state sales tax is charged on orders being shipped to addresses in the state of Idaho. Sales tax will not be charged for any addresses that are being shipped outside the state of Idaho.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE & RETURNS
No returns.
We take great care in the way we produce, package and mail our products. We guarantee you'll be completely satisfied with your purchase of Janjou Pâtisserie sweets. There are no returns or exchanges.
Please note that Janjou Pâtisserie cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other circumstances (such as weather) beyond our control. However, we will do our best to insure timely delivery.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All cancellation are subject for cancellation fee.
Orders paid through Stripe will be subjected to a transaction fee of 2.9% +30c
Orders paid through PayPal will be subjected to a transaction fee of 2.9% +30c
PRODUCT CARE
All of our products are hand-made using the freshest & finest ingredients that the market has to offer with absolutely no artificial flavors or preservatives. We guarantee the quality of our product as per the "enjoy by" date on the product label.
ALLERGY WARNING
The production of our desserts occurs in a facility that works with and handles nuts and nut products; therefore, items may contain traces of nuts or nut oils. We ask that those with nut allergies take caution when enjoying our products.
