As a Pastry cook you will identify and select ingredients, prepare and mix dough, cookies, tarts, pastries and confections.  Each day you will mix a variety of items, while adhering to a predetermined mix schedule.  We bake everything from scratch and use high quality ingredients. The responsibilities of the Pastry Assistant are diverse and dependent on experience and will change as you grow and hone your skill set. The Pastry Assistant must thrive in a fast-paced work environment while adhering to cleanliness and sanitation standards for the entire kitchen and dish area. Most importantly the Pastry Assistant takes pride in what they do and is a team player.

if you have the following we would love to have you in our team:

  • 1-2 years of experience successfully working in pastry production, banquet production kitchen (or similar environment) - an advantage!

  • Desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.

  • Passion for baking with a keen eye for freshness, quality and cleanliness.

  • An appetite for learning (and delicious pastries).

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts. Weekend availability is a must. Shifts range from early morning to early afternoon start times

  • Familiarity working with large planetary and spiral mixers and comfortable mixing large batches of doughs multiple times a day.


Schedule: Tuesday -Sunday

Shift : Day shift

BARISTA / PART-TIME - 15-20 HOURS/WEEK. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST. (Great opportunity for students)

As a barista you will:

  1. get to show off your artistic coffee skills while you handcraft delicious and creative coffee beverages barista station. You will be trained by our head of coffee and our talented in-house coffee trainers.

  2. operate cash register, package retail products, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of the house.

  3. Fulfil online orders.

    if you have the following:

  • Strong passion and working knowledge for coffee, our products and guest service.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a fast pace restaurant/café. (Highly preferred)

  • Engaging, warm and welcoming communication skills and presence.

  • Desire and ability to work a flexible schedule.

  • High School degree or equivalent required. (where applicable)

Schedule: Thursday- Sunday

Training : will be provided.

Shift: Day shift (7:15 am - 5 pm)

Pay: Hourly wage + Tips.

DISHWASHER / PART-TIME

A great way to join a professional, high-performing kitchen team.

As a dishwasher, you will collect , pre sort, clean and organize baking and service dishes in a quick and efficient manner.

Processing dishes quickly and efficiently in the kitchen provides great and important value our business : it allows the pastry chefs and baking team to produce product and for the front of house staff to serve customers.

The person we are looking for must be / have all of the below:

  • A can-do attitude: positive attitude, you tackle every task quickly and with a smile.

  • Team player: you understand your roll, you're flexible and committed to your job and the the team.

  • Attention to detail: you’ll make sure every dish is spotless.

  • Stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 35 pounds, and continuously bend, reach and twist.

  • Must be at least 18 years old


Schedule : Tuesday - Sunday.

Shift : Morning shift ( 7:30 am - 2 pm )

Pay: Hourly wage + tips
