Order Cancellation & refunds.

• Cancellations of online order must be communicated at least 36 hours before Pickup date, via email to order@janjou.com or by phone 208-297.5853

• Cancellation fees: All orders are subject to a 3% cancellation fee on orders paid with a credit card.
