Strawberry Tart & Mixed Berry

  • Are best if eaten the same day they are made/ purchased.
  • Should be kept refrigerated for no more than 3 days.
  • Should be served cool.

 

Lemon Cream/Passion Fruit

  • Can be kept refrigerated for several days.
  • Should be served cool.

 

Pear Tart

  • Is best if served at room temperature or warm (325°F heated oven for 10 minutes).
  • Can be kept for several days and should be stored in a cool place.

 

French Apple & Pecan pie

  • May be served cool , at room temperature or warm (300°F heated oven for 15-20 minutes).
  • Would keep for several days if kept in a cold place.

 

Coffee Cakes

  • Wrapped airtight they will keep 7 days at room temperature and a bit longer in the refrigerator.

Cookies

  • All cookies are best if kept in airtight containers.

Cheese Cakes

  • All cheese cakes should be served cool.

Mousse Cake

  • Will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
  • Should be served cool or slightly warmer if left on the counter for 20-30 minutes before serving for a more moussy texture.

Cutting & Slicing

  • Run your knife under hot water or a have a big glass filled with hot water and dip your knife in it.
  • Dry off before slicing.

Quiches

  • May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 day and reheated in a 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes.
