Strawberry Tart & Mixed Berry
- Are best if eaten the same day they are made/ purchased.
- Should be kept refrigerated for no more than 3 days.
- Should be served cool.
Lemon Cream/Passion Fruit
- Can be kept refrigerated for several days.
- Should be served cool.
Pear Tart
- Is best if served at room temperature or warm (325°F heated oven for 10 minutes).
- Can be kept for several days and should be stored in a cool place.
French Apple & Pecan pie
- May be served cool , at room temperature or warm (300°F heated oven for 15-20 minutes).
- Would keep for several days if kept in a cold place.
Coffee Cakes
- Wrapped airtight they will keep 7 days at room temperature and a bit longer in the refrigerator.
Cookies
- All cookies are best if kept in airtight containers.
Cheese Cakes
- All cheese cakes should be served cool.
Mousse Cake
- Will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
- Should be served cool or slightly warmer if left on the counter for 20-30 minutes before serving for a more moussy texture.
Cutting & Slicing
- Run your knife under hot water or a have a big glass filled with hot water and dip your knife in it.
- Dry off before slicing.
Quiches
- May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 day and reheated in a 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes.
