Janjou Pâtisserie, an artisan boutique bakery in Boise, Idaho is dedicated to creating hand crafting pastries, cookies, and savories to satisfy your craving for a little something fresh, delicious and truly extraordinary. Janjou uses only the finest ingredients, from Belgian chocolate to vanilla beans and seasonal fresh fruit. Janjou uses ALL NATURAL butter (made by Cloverleaf Creamery in Buhl, Idaho) and hormone free, antibiotics free eggs. We use no artificial ingredients or preservatives so everything we make tastes of what was used to make it.
With exquisite flavors, beautiful pacakging and an appreciation for the little things in life, Janou is more than just a bakery.Janjou Pâtisserie caters to the small moments that bring us together.

The Pâtissière (The Baker) 
Moshit Mizrachi-Gabbitas,owner and Head Patissière of Janjou Pâtisserie moved to Boise, Idaho from Israel in 2007. After several years in the semi-conductors industry, she decided to make a change of career and follow her passion for baking.
She graduated from Estella kitat Oman, a leading baking school in Israel and completed her internship at Mazzarine, a high end French Pâtisserie in the Tel-Aviv area. In 2008 she opened her artisan bakery in Boise and named it Janjou Pâtisserie after her dear mother whose nickname was Janjou.
